Andrew Pontano

Andrew Pontano (Law ’03) has been elected partner at global specialist law firm Dechert, where he works in the New York City office and focuses his practice on asset-backed financing and securitization. He advises clients regarding public and private securities offerings and other complex finance transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, including auto loans and leases, credit card, equipment lease and trade receivables, residential mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights. Mr. Pontano and his wife, Kelly Sutherland Pontano (Law ’03 L/M), welcomed a son, Simon, on Feb. 22, 2015. Simon joins big brothers Archer, 3; and Julian, 5.
