Howell O’Rear (Col ’02, Law ’07 L/M) and his wife, Kelly, welcomed their first child, Jet Brown, on July 4, 2009. Mr. O’Rear is an associate attorney of the law firm Riley Warnock & Jacobson in Nashville, Tenn. Mr. O’Rear’s practice focuses on advising clients concerning copyright, trademark, internet and general business matters, as well as litigating those issues. He also writes a legal column for American Songwriter magazine.
