Daniel Redding (Col ’06) has been promoted to director in the law firm of Middleton Reutlinger in Louisville, Kentucky, where he is a member of the litigation and intellectual property litigation practice groups. He represents clients in a broad range of business disputes, with a particular focus on patent infringement litigation.

His litigation practice includes contract and commercial disputes, health care litigation, antitrust law, construction law, constitutional law, defense of employers in employment related disputes, franchisor/franchisee litigation and litigation involving the tobacco industry. He has significant experience representing health care providers and long-term care providers and representing clients in both state and federal appellate courts.
