Norman Ward

Norman “Chip” Ward (Col ’73) is the new executive director of the office of the ombudsman for the commonwealth of Kentucky’s Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Ward held various roles in marketing, strategic account management and communications for several firms in the network systems and industrial software development industries. He lives with his wife, Karen, in Winchester, Ky.
