Michelle Smith

Michelle M. Smith (Engr ’05, ’08 L/M) and Nathan R. Brakke were married on Oct. 10, 2010, at the U.Va. Chapel; their reception at the Clifton Inn followed. Kathryn Smith (Engr ’10 L/M), sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and Catherine Edmunds (Col ’05, Law ’08) and Elizabeth Johnston (Col ’05 L/M) were both bridesmaids. The couple resides in San Diego, where Ms. Brakke is a design manager at Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest and Dr. Brakke is an anesthesiologist at Rady Children’s Hospital.
