Carolyn Mandell

Carolyn Reynolds Mandell (Col ’88 L/M) and her husband, Joshua, welcomed their second child, Sylvia Perry, on Dec. 18, 2009. Sylvia joins her older sister, Eleanor Reynolds, 5. Ms. Mandell is an adviser at the World Bank. The family resides in Washington, D.C.
