Adam Ambrogi (Col ’98 L/M) is administrative and legislative counsel to U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer, the chairman of the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration. Since joining the Senate Rules Committee in 2006, Mr. Ambrogi has been central to the development of far-reaching election legislation and has led the drafting, review and implementation of Senate regulations. Most recently, he was instrumental to the passage of the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act, making it easier for U.S. troops and other voters to cast ballots from overseas. Mr. Ambrogi previously served as special assistant and counsel for Commissioner Ray Martinez of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. He is a resident of Arlington, Va.
