Kelly Larkin

Kelly Susan Whelan (Col ’13 L/M) married Bradley David Larkin (Col ’13) on Sept. 3, 2017, at the Church of the Resurrection in Rye, New York. Many UVA alumni were present, including the father of the bride, William J. Whelan III (Col ’80 L/M). Mary Whelan Lovely (Col ’07 L/M), Helen Whelan (Darden  ’18), Melissa Larkin (Educ ’12) were bridesmaids. Groomsmen included Patrick Whelan (Col ’09 L/M), David Whelan (Col ’10 L/M), Martin Qian (’12), Cam Caynor (Col ’13, Engr ’14 L/M), Jonathan Guerra (Col ’13), Zenad Jarrar (Col ’13, Med ’19) and Kyle Gonzalez (Com ’13 L/M). The newlyweds prayed with Pope Francis at the general audience in St. Peter’s Square and received his sposi novelli blessing on October 11, 2017. Ms. Larkin is an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York, where Mr. Larkin is student at Fordham University School of Law in New York.
