Tara Nauful

Tara E. Nauful (Col ’89 L/M) recently joined the boutique law firm Beal after completing two-year clerkship with the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. Prior to her clerkship, Nauful was in private practice for 23 years, representing financial institutions and other lenders in bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters. Her most recent article, “I Confess! The Ethical Obligation to Tattle on Yourself,” was published in the October 2018 issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.
