Richard Brown (Col ’74 CM) is the town administrator of Freetown, Mass. Prior to his current position, he was city manager of East Providence, R.I., and served as a disaster assistance employee with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s long-term community recovery cadre. While with FEMA, Mr. Brown assisted with recovery efforts in Alabama after the tornadoes of April 2011.
