Buddy Omohundro

Buddy Omohundro (Col ’92 CM) has been promoted to chief services officer of Apex Systems Inc.,  a staffing firm based in Richmond, Virginia. He will continue to head the company’s legal operations and provide executive oversight for Apex’s shared-services function.

Buddy Omohundro (Col ’92 CM) was named “Outstanding In-House Counsel” for 2013 by the Washington Metropolitan Area Corporate Counsel Association. Mr. Omohundro is senior vice president and general counsel for Apex Systems, whose legal department was named a finalist in the “Outstanding Law Department” category for the second consecutive year.

Buddy Omohundro (Col ’92 CM) was a finalist in the category of Outstanding Chief Legal Officer for the Washington Metropolitan Association of Corporate Counsel Association’s 2012 Corporate Counsel Awards. Mr. Omohundro is the senior vice president and general counsel at Apex Systems, where he heads the legal department that was named a 2012 finalist in the category of Outstanding Small Law Department.

Buddy Omohundro (Col ’92 L/M) has accepted an invitation to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of the Metropolitan Richmond Sports Backers. He is the senior vice president and general counsel of Apex Systems in Richmond.
