Edward A. Mullen (Col ’99, Law ’08 L/M) was promoted to managing partner of the law firm Reed Smith’s Richmond, Virginia office. He joined the firm in 2008 and is a partner in the firm’s global regulatory enforcement group, with a practice focused on administrative, regulatory and government affairs law in Virginia. Mr. Mullen is also an adjunct professor at the University of Virginia School of Law, where he teaches a course on legislative drafting and statutory interpretation.
