Stephen Lowe

Stephen Lowe (Com ’03) received a doctorate in strategic management from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. His doctoral research contributed a new theory in the strategy-
as-practice field of inquiry, which explains the “spatiality of strategy.” He currently works at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, leading social innovation and collective impact initiatives.
