John Eversole (Engr ’74 CM) formed Eversole & Associates, a firm specializing in all aspects of aviation law and products liability, maritime and professional negligence litigation. He was recently reappointed to the Aviation Law Committee of the Florida Bar and is board certified in both civil trial law and aviation law.

John F. Eversole III (Engr ’74 L/M) works in the Miami law firm of Mase Lara Eversole and was appointed for a second term as the chairman of the Florida Bar Aviation Law certification committee for 2009-2010. The committee develops and administers the examination for attorneys who have met the requirements to sit for the certification exam in aviation law. Mr. Eversole is board certified in both aviation law and civil trial law in Florida and is a member of the Washington, D.C. bar association.
