Rudene Haynes

Rudene Haynes (Col ’96) is a partner in the law firm of Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Va., where she focuses her practice on corporate finance and represents the Government National Mortgage Association, or Ginnie Mae. She volunteers at the William Byrd Community House, which offers Head Start classes for children younger than 5, and belongs to the Midlothian chapter of Jack and Jill, a group of mothers working to create the next generation of African-American leaders. A member of the inaugural class of fellows named to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity for the 2011-12 term, Ms. Haynes has also mentored minority law students.
