Timothy Cupp

Timothy Cupp (Col ’80, Law ’83), a partner in the firm of Cupp & Cupp; and Blackwell N. Shelley Jr. (Col ’83 L/M), a partner in the firm of Shelley & Schulte, have combined the practices of their law firms. Their new venture, Shelley Cupp Schulte, has offices in Richmond and Harrisonburg, Va., and continues to focus on civil rights and employment litigation.
