Mr. Kibler previously worked as senior vice president of external affairs and public policy for AGL Resources, the holding company that owns Virginia Natural Gas.

He directs the company’s public presence activities, including its federal and state governmental relations, community relations and economic development, and public policy functions. Mr. Kibler resides in Atlanta with his wife, Sara Catherine; and their three children.
