Benjamin Bodzy

Benjamin Bodzy (Col ’00) has been elected a shareholder in the Nashville, Tenn., office of Baker Donelson. His law practice focuses on the representation of management in traditional labor matters and litigation relating to the enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants. He also defends employers against a broad spectrum of labor and employment claims. Mr. Bodzy was listed in the Nashville Post’s inaugural “Law Leaders Rising” list of fast-rising legal stars in 2012. He serves on the board of the Fannie Battle Day Home for Children, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable and high-quality child care for at-risk children.
