Preston Green (Col ’89 CM)
Preston Green (Col ’89 CM) will join the University of Connecticut faculty in the fall of 2013 as the Carla Klein Endowed Professor of Urban Education in the Neag School of Education. He will also have a joint appointment with the University of Connecticut School of Law. Previously, Mr. Green was the Batschelet Chaired Professor of Educational Administration and professor of education and law at Pennsylvania State University.

Preston Green (Col ’89 L/M) co-authored an education policy brief titled “Chartering Equity: Using Charter School Legislation and Policy to Advance Equal Educational Opportunity” for the National Education Policy Center. The Huffington Post featured his brief. Mr. Green is the Batschelet chaired professor of educational administration and professor of education and law at Penn State.

Preston Green (Col ’89 CM)
Preston Green (Col ’89 L/M) is a full professor in the department of education policy studies at Penn State. He also has a faculty appointment with the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Green has written three books and nearly 50 articles and book chapters pertaining to educational law. He helped to create Penn State’s joint degree program in law and education and he runs the Penn State University Law and Education Institute, which teaches nearly 100 administrators, educators and attorneys annually.
