David Dallas

David Dallas (Com ’82, Law ’87) has been named a 2013 Lawyer of the Year by The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Dallas is a corporate law attorney with Williams Mullen in Charlottesville and serves as general counsel for many area companies. He regularly advises clients about commercial transactions and disputes, venture capital financings, business purchases and sales and owner disagreements. Mr. Dallas serves on the board of directors of the Thomas Jefferson Partnership for Economic Development and on the board of trustees of the Shenandoah National Park Trust.
