John Leonard

John P. Leonard (Med ’90) has been named chair of the Lymphoma Research Foundation’s scientific advisory board. He is associate dean for clinical research and the Richard T. Silver Distinguished Professor of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Weill Cornell Medical College. He also serves as clinical director of the Weill Cornell Center for Lymphoma and Myeloma, as an attending physician at the New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center; and as the associate director for clinical research of the Weill Cornell Cancer Center. Dr. Leonard’s primary research interest is the development of novel therapeutic strategies for the treatment of lymphoma and related hematologic malignancies.
