Diane Parfitt

Diane McChesney Parfitt (Nurs ’68 L/M) was appointed to the North Carolina General Assembly in 2010 and won re-election that fall. She received the 2010 Rising Star Award from the North Carolina League of Conservation Voters for her support of environmental issues. Ms. Parfitt and her husband, Henry E. Parfitt Jr., (Col ’70 L/M), a physician with Fayetteville Urology Associates, own City Center Gallery & Books in Fayetteville, N.C.
