Ted Lopatkiewicz (Col ’74 CM)
Ted Lopatkiewicz (Col ’74 L/M) retired after 37 years of federal government service. He held positions at the American Revolution Bicentennial Administration, the Department of Labor, the Civil Aeronautics Board, the Department of Transportation, and, for 25 years, the National Transportation Safety Board, where he directed the public affairs office for the last 14 years. During his tenure at the NTSB, he was a press officer on 54 accident “Go Teams,” responding to some of the most horrific incidents in recent memory. He lives in McLean, Va., with his wife, Drucella.
