Toni Irving

Toni Irving (Col ’92) received the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation “Champion for Change” award. The honor recognizes her efforts in juvenile justice reform. Ms. Irving is deputy chief of staff to Illinois governor Pat Quinn. She lives in Chicago.
