Claire Rickards

Claire Rickards (Col ’97 L/M) received her doctorate degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2011 and is now the associate director of science for PI Worldwide in Boston. In this role, Ms. Rickards will conduct ongoing validity research and product development to support talent management strategies of client organizations around the world.
