Allen Goolsby

Allen C. Goolsby (Law ’68) was appointed to the American Bar Association Board of Governors. He is a senior partner with Hunton & Williams, where he focuses his practice on corporate law, especially corporate governance, advising publicly held corporations and representing boards of directors and board committees. He recently completed the fourth edition of Goolsby on Virginia Corporations, focusing on corporate statutes and court decisions in Virginia, as well as in Delaware and other jurisdictions.
