Carol W. Sherman (Col ’85 L/M) has been elected special counsel at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.  Ms. Sherman is a member of the firm’s corporate department.  She focuses on corporate and securities law, include SEC reporting and compliance, equity and debt offerings, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.
