Joyce Blandino

Joyce Blandino (Engr ’88, ’92 L/M) has been appointed to the mechanical engineering faculty at the Virginia Military Institute. She is the first female engineering faculty member in the 171-year history of VMI. Her husband Joseph R. Blandino (Engr ’91, ’99 L/M) has received the Benjamin H. Powell, Jr., ‘36 Institute Professorship in Engineering at VMI. He also serves on the mechanical engineering faculty.
