Dave Trinkle

Dave Trinkle (Col ’83, Med ’87 L/M) won re-election as vice-mayor for the City of Roanoke in May and began his four-year term in July. He has served on Roanoke City council, including as vice-mayor, from 2006-2010 and previously on the Roanoke City school board. He is also the associate dean of community and culture with the new Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, opening in August. He and his wife, Ann, have three children: Clay, 17; Ella, 15; and Owen, 10.
