Richard Greene (Col ’94) is a social worker for Fourth Avenue Elementary School in East Orange, N.J. He is also an adjunct instructor at Rutgers University School of Social Work and founder of Generations of Change, a consulting firm that provides training, professional development and grant management resources to social services agencies and schools. Mr. Greene was selected as a social worker profiled by the National Association of Social Workers for Black History Month, 2010.
