Carol Brani (Col ’83) is a member with the law firm of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC. Ms. Brani advises a wide range of clients in connection with online and offline advertising and promotions, information technology, franchising and biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry licensing transactions. She assists clients in a variety of industries with agency of record, co-branding and sponsorship, promotional, cause marketing, trademark and technology licensing, joint development, clinical research, manufacturing, supply, commercialization, software licensing, consulting and other commercial agreements.
