Jonathan Scharfen

Jonathan Scharfen (Col ’78 L/M) is vice president of international operations for Northrop Grumman’s technical services sector. In this position, he has executive responsibility for all international activities involved with identification, qualification and capture of key market opportunities. He previously served in a senior leadership position within the Department of Homeland Security, where he was directly responsible for managing an extensive and sophisticated government operation at state, national and international levels. He also served on the National Security Council staff for three presidents. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
