Amy Ginensky

Amy Ginensky (Law ’77), a partner with the law firm of Pepper Hamilton, chair of its commercial litigation practice group and leader of its media and communications practice, was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Ms. Ginensky practices in Pepper Hamilton’s Philadelphia office and, in addition to handling class action and commercial litigation matters, has an active media and communications practice that focuses on First Amendment, defamation and other media-related areas.  Outside of the firm, Ms. Ginensky is president of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation and co-chaired the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Law Firm Pro Bono Committee for many years.
