H. Duden

H. Richard “Dick” Duden III (Col ’77 L/M) was appointed by Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley in August to sit as an associate judge for the District Court of Maryland for Anne Arundel County. The District Court, Maryland’s first-tier trial court, dockets traffic, criminal,  landlord-tenant matters, civil litigation, domestic violence petitions and other cases. Mr. Duden has practiced law for 23 years, most recently with the firm of Hyatt & Weber in Annapolis as a senior litigator.
