Scott Wornow

Scott M. Wornow (Col ’84 L/M) is a partner in the corporate department of the law firm of Baker Botts. His corporate legal practice represents clients on technology, capital markets, securities and merger and acquisition matters. Mr. Wornow will be based in Palo Alto, Calif., extending Baker Botts’ global corporate practice to Silicon Valley and the West Coast. He has more than 20 years of experience in private practice, both in New York and in the Silicon Valley. He also served as executive vice president for legal and business affairs for interactive TV company OpenTV Corp., and as general counsel and chief restructuring officer at pioneering wireless company OmniSky Corp. He also helped found several technology companies.
