Paul Hobby

Paul W. Hobby (Col ’82 L/M) serves as deputy chair of the board of directors of the Houston branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, appointed to the board by the Federal Reserve’s board of governors. Mr. Hobby is chairman and chief executive officer of Alpheus Communications. He is also founding partner of Genesis Park, a Houston-based private equity firm. He previously served as an attorney with Fulbright & Jaworski and as a federal prosecutor for the Southern District of Texas. He serves on the boards of NRG Energy and Stewart Information Services.
