Woody (Col ’69 L/M), an adjunct professor of law at Washington and Lee University’s law school, has published an article, “An Argument for Use of Stock Options with Forfeiture Clauses for Breach of Duty of Loyalty” in the West Virginia Law Review Online. He is also counsel in the Charleston, West Virginia, office of Spilman Thomas & Battle.
