Brian Barry

Brian C. Barry (Law ’04) has been appointed chief compliance officer for EMD Serono, the biopharmaceutical business of Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, Germany. Mr. Barry will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s comprehensive compliance program and will also be a member of the  organization’s leadership team.
