Cyndee Perdue Moore, Ed.D. (Col ’85, Educ ’02) has been appointed Executive Director of the University of North Georgia’s Oconee campus in Watkinsville, Georgia. Moore begins her appointment on May 1.

Cyndee Moore (Col ’85, Educ ’02 CM) received a doctor of education degree in higher education leadership and policy from the Peabody College of Education and Human Development at Vanderbilt University in May 2015. Ms. Moore is the regional vice president of operations for American National University in Indiana and Virginia, and for National College in Tennessee.

Cyndee Perdue Moore (Col ’85, Educ ’02 L/M) is president of the Tennessee Association of Independent Colleges and Schools for the 2011 to 2013 term. She represents National College, where she has served as vice president of operations for the Tennessee region since 2004, and is active in efforts to educate federal and state lawmakers about the critical role of career colleges in the 21st century. Ms. Moore splits her time between Nashville and Danville, Va., where she and her husband spend their spare time restoring their Victorian home on Millionaires Row.
