Leslie Bohner

Leslie Gillin Bohner (Col ’87) has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president at Pennsylvania Trust. She remains chief fiduciary officer and is assuming the title of General Counsel. In her new role, Ms. Bohner is responsible for managing all fiduciary and legal matters across the company, coordinating with outside counsel, reviewing legal agreements and providing legal advice to the management team. She has been with Pennsylvania Trust since 2011.
