Scott Horton (Col ’02, Law ’05) published his first book, New York Management Law:The Practical Guide to Employment Law for Business Owners and Managers (Modern Legal Media). He also recently celebrated the first anniversary of his law firm, Horton Law.

Scott Horton (Col ’02, Law ’05) presented a lecture, “Employment Practices and Social Media,” at the New York State Bar Association’s continuing legal education seminar on May 10, 2013. Mr. Horton is a partner in the labor and employment practice group at Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel in Buffalo, N.Y. , where his practice focuses on the representation of private and public sector employers, advising them with respect to federal and state employment laws. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Horton serves on the Buffalo Zoo’s ProZoo Board, which is responsible for organizing several major fundraisers each year.
