James Hemmings

James Hemmings (Col ’98 L/M) was elected to partner at the law firm Tucker Ellis. He represents clients including pharmaceutical and medical device companies, consumer and industrial product manufacturers, industrial chemical suppliers, and national universities at all levels of state and federal courts. He has managed or participated on trial teams in mass tort proceedings, multidistrict litigation, and class actions relating to product liability and other tort, consumer fraud, insurance, antitrust, RICO, and breach of contract matters.
