Submission of class notes gives the UVA Alumni Association and Virginia Magazine full usage rights of content included in submission. This includes, but is not limited to, installation(s) at Alumni Hall, social media posts, print and website usages—no fees, payments or photo credits are required for such usage. Submission of photos does not guarantee inclusion in the print edition of Virginia Magazine, on the Virginia Magazine or Alumni Association websites, or in Alumni Association marketing materials.

Submissions are reviewed by Virginia Magazine staff to ensure they comply with our policies. Submissions may be edited for style, content, and length.

Once approved by our editorial staff, all submissions are publicly visible. Do not submit anything you wish to remain private.
