David Ensor (Col ’84) and his wife, Karen, recently opened Gypsy Sally’s, a 300-person-capacity live music venue in Georgetown, Washington, D.C., which hosts national, regional and local Americana acts. The venue houses a full restaurant that features dishes made with local, farm-fresh ingredients.
