Aimee Freeman

Aimee Adatto Freeman (Col ’91 L/M), daughter of Ken Adatto (Col ’65) and mother of first-year Scott Freeman (Col ’23), was sworn into the Louisiana House of Representatives in January 2020. As a Democrat joining a Republican-controlled legislature, she won the 98th District’s open seat, besting a seven-person field, with 32 percent of the vote and with the help of high school friend and fellow Wahoo Anne Flower Redd (Col ’90).
