Timothy O’Neill

Timothy O’Neill (Grad ’82) received the Distinguished Former Faculty Award from the U.S. Military Academy in a ceremony at West Point in April 2013 in recognition of his service in the department of behavioral sciences and leadership from 1976 to 1992 and as an emeritus consultant in the years since. The award included a citation for excellence in teaching and educational design and research and patents in applied camouflage for the United States and allied nations.
