Fred Wagner

Fred Wagner (Law ’87) has been appointed by President Obama to serve as Chief Counsel of the Federal Highway Administration, part of the U.S. Department of Transportation. Mr. Wagner makes this transition back to public service after 19 years at the law firm Beveridge & Diamond. Mr. Wagner and his wife, Mary, and children, David and Sarah, live in Rockville, Md.
