Alison MacGregor

Alison L. MacGregor (Col ’97 L/M) has been elected as partner at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Ms. MacGregor is a member of the litigation department.  She focuses on commercial litigation, including representation of indenture trustees in bankruptcy litigation, defense of securities fraud and civil RICO lawsuits, NASD arbitrations, and complex commercial cases including those involving issues of foreign law.
