Melissa McDowell

Melissa McDowell (Col ’06 L/M) and Matt Gutridge (Col ’07, Educ ’07) were married at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Charlottesville on July 10, 2010. The couple resides in Williamsburg, Va., where Ms. Gutridge is a law student at William and Mary and Mr. Gutridge is an English teacher and cross country and track coach at Grafton High School. The wedding party included Emily Morse Sower (Nurs ’06 L/M), Julia Bellis (Col ’06 L/M), Katherine Clopeck (Engr ’06 L/M), Kathryn Stokes Hansen (Nurs ’06 L/M), Sarah Cramer Shields (Col ’05 L/M), Adam Long (Engr ’06), Kevin McHale (Col ’06, Educ ’08), Ryan Neuhart (Engr ’05), Christopher Post (Col ’11), and David Vitto (Col ’05, Educ ’07 L/M). Alumnae of the Virginia Belles provided ceremony music.
