Kelly Oakes Whitehead (Col ’96 L/M) and her husband, Chris, welcomed their second daughter, Elizabeth Garland Oakes Whitehead, on July 13, 2009. She joins her sister, Cate. The family resides outside of Philadelphia in Wallingford, Pa.
